Kelli’s Body Shop is built around helping others transform their lives through health and fitness. I’m passionate about guiding individuals toward achieving their personal goals—whether that’s building muscle, losing weight, competing or simply becoming a better version of themselves.

    Anthony Dodds

    I’m Anthony but most know me by my last name Dodds. I’m a 92 baby with a hint of 80’s soul,  meaning I’m an old soul at heart who can get along with the youth, my age and older people. 

    I joined Kelli’s Body Shop in May 2024 and have loved every second of collaborating with her. she really challenges you to be your best self. 

    What makes me a great addition to the body shop is that I love meeting people where they’re at in their fitness level, whether it’s a beginner or experienced. I love building confidence, making people laugh while keeping them challenged and most importantly playing good music that helps you dance, sing while pushing harder. 

    My passion is to help others FEEL connected with their mind body and soul. I think I was truly put on this earth to HELP PEOPLE FEEL BETTER  and so I’ve been introducing TRIGGER POINT/ Partner assisted stretching to clients routine.

    Paul Riffle

    I met Kelli at a dinner I didn’t want to go to because I didn’t want to meet new people. That day we all became great friends and have now been the best friends I have ever had. I was overweight at the time and decided to make a change and focus on my health. Kelli spent a lot of time with me and kept me focused on my goals. She helped me lose over a hundred pounds and keep it off forever. I have always been there to help Kelli with whatever she needs in the Body Shop. I love doing a lot of jobs and being busy so I help with whatever Kelli needs. From making apparel to helping Kelli train clients, I enjoy being at the Body Shop, talking to everyone and being around to assist with whatever Kelli needs.

    Doug Mays

    Hi, my name is Doug and I have been associated with KBS for over 7 years. I have greatly benefited and enjoyed having Kelli as my trainer. That relationship and friendship led to working part time in the gym wherever the need arises from housekeeping to special projects. Truly love the KBS Family!
